Legal
Terms of Use
Effective July 27, 2026
These Terms govern your use of DraftTracks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your Account
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and may not impersonate another person.
Community Conduct
Do not post or broadcast illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. Do not manipulate votes, gifts, contests, rankings, or platform systems. DraftTracks may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant DraftTracks a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, distribute, and adapt that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload or broadcast it.
Social Features
Comments, votes, reactions, and gifts may be visible to other users. Scores and rankings may change as activity is validated. DraftTracks may delay, reverse, or remove fraudulent or abusive activity.
Credits, Gifts, and Payments
Virtual credits and gifts are limited licenses for use inside DraftTracks, are not bank deposits, and have no cash value except where a separate creator payout program expressly applies. Purchases and refunds are also subject to the applicable app marketplace rules.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account in Settings. DraftTracks removes associated profile and user-generated content, subject to limited retention required for transactions, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
Service Availability
DraftTracks is provided as available and may change, pause, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, DraftTracks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
