Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DraftTracks collects, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices available to you.

Information You Provide

DraftTracks collects account and profile information, content you upload or broadcast, messages and comments, support requests, creator and payout details, and actions such as likes, follows, votes, gifts, reports, and blocks.

Information Collected Automatically

DraftTracks collects device and app diagnostics, security events, feature usage, approximate network information, and identifiers needed to operate sessions, prevent fraud, and understand service reliability. Camera, microphone, photo library, and local-network access are used only after platform permission is granted and when the related feature needs them.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver feeds and media, process credits, support creators, personalize features, moderate content, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve performance and safety.

Sharing

Public profiles and public content are shared according to the feature you use. Data may also be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, media delivery, analytics, payments, and safety. DraftTracks may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, rights, and platform security. DraftTracks does not sell personal information and does not currently use cross-app tracking for advertising.

Retention and Deletion

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here. You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Profile data, posts, media, messages, and other associated content are removed; limited financial, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal records may be retained when required.

Your Choices

You can change device permissions in iOS Settings, control profile information in DraftTracks, block or report users and content, request an export where available, and delete your account in Settings.

Children

DraftTracks is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact support so it can be investigated and removed.

Security and International Processing

DraftTracks uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
